Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should hold IT Asset Management certifications
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of Asset Management experience in a large company

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time of any employment offer and are solely responsible for obtaining any required work permits or visas or other authorizations
  • The candidates should have a good understanding of IT Operations and Support Models and the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 5+ years of experience with ITIL and other IT Service Management processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge, and Configuration Management
  • The candidates should demonstrate exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • The candidates should possess excellent attention to detail and good communication skills to act as Subject Matter Experts with internal and external teams, including non-IT stakeholders
  • The candidates should be fluent in English (oral and written), with French, experience with ITIL and other ITSM frameworks
  • The candidates should have knowledge of ITSM, Project Management, and Defect Tracking tools and Project Management experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to guide the strategy for planning, acquisition, maintenance, delivery, and disposal of mobile devices for operations groups
  • The candidates should be able to define and establish process flows in ServiceNow, aligning with multiple teams’ requirements, including ITSM, EUS, Product, and Service Desks
  • The candidates should be able to manage and track all mobile devices and software and license resources, collaborating with IT service owners, product, and business teams
  • The candidates should be able to act as the technical point of contact for mobility hardware requirements and processes for operations groups
  • The candidates should be able to develop, manage, monitor, and report on key metrics, such as growth, loss, breakage, and audits
  • The candidates should be able to work effectively with vendors supporting mobility hardware devices and peripherals
  • The candidates should be able to communicate and ensure adherence to company asset management policies and support refresh programs for operational devices
