Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent knowledge of the Office 365 suite Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio and strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • The candidates should possess knowledge of the WebManuals platform and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The candidates should have relevant experience in technical writing, preferably in the aviation industry
  • The candidates should have attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • The candidates should possess knowledge of aircraft maintenance and technical maintenance documents, including the ability to read and understand service bulletins (SB) and Airworthiness Directives (AD)
  • The candidates should have proficiency in French, both spoken and written and knowledge of English, both spoken and written, to navigate the system and understand manuals and procedures

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to create and modify documentation related to the Aircraft Maintenance Department by following established procedures
  • The candidates should be able to streamline information from service bulletins, airworthiness directives, continuous airworthiness instructions, and more to update documentation
  • The candidates should be able to create and modify documentation related to company policies for the maintenance department, including Maintenance Control Manuals (MCM), Maintenance Procedures Manuals (MPM), and illustrative procedure diagrams
  • The candidates should be able to manage change requests related to maintenance documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • The candidates should be able to keep the technical maintenance library up to date with the latest documentation and revisions
