Salary: $702 weekly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: 10 Hawk Street, Nanticoke, ON Nanticoke, ON N0A 1L0
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Travel expenses paid by employer and willing to travel regularly
Work setting: Amusement park, staff accommodation available, and various locations
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and tolerant of noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp conditions and handle hot working conditions while demonstrating attention to detail
- The candidates should be physically fit to handle demanding tasks, able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, good judgment, reliability, and be collaborative team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to set up rides and amusements
- The candidates should operate rides and amusements effectively
- The candidates should operate a game booth with skill and expertise
- The candidates should perform maintenance on rides and equipment regularly
- The candidates should clean and maintain recreational facilities and grounds meticulously
- The candidates should collect tickets and fees, as well as rent or sell sports and accessory equipment
- The candidates should assist patrons on and off rides courteously
- The candidates should secure and release safety belts and bars proficiently
- The candidates should drive trucks, vans, and other vehicles to transport amusement rides, games, and attractions to various sites efficiently
