Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be available to work weekend and holiday hours on a rotational basis
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be individuals with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- The candidates should have strong communication skills, both oral and written
- The candidates should have the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities and complex tasks simultaneously
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license or have the ability to get to and from work located in a rural area
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work directly with the team lead and be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities in the barn
- The candidates should be able to work as part of a team towards specific production goals
- The candidates should be able to assist with all areas of production, including the feeding and general care of pigs, maintaining herd health and environment for pigs, pressure washing, preparing rooms, as well as general maintenance and cleaning
