Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 56 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in hot conditions and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure and experienced in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and physically fit to meet the demands of the job
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be proficient in walking and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be highly organized in their approach and effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct apiary work and manage beehives, including inspecting them for health and productivity
- The candidates should be able to harvest honey and other bee products, perform routine maintenance on beehives, and monitor and address the health of bee colonies
- The candidates should be able to handle and care for bees, extract, process, and package honey, and prevent and manage bee diseases
- The candidates should be able to use appropriate protective equipment during apiary work, follow safety protocols in apiary operations, and assist in the breeding and rearing of queen bees
- The candidates should be able to transport beehives to different locations, collaborate with other beekeepers and agricultural professionals, and maintain records of apiary activities
