Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Hand toolsÂ
Own tools/equipment: Tools, safety equipment/gear, steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work at heights and in noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty conditions and outdoors
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, capable of performing bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks, and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, manage a large workload, and meet tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, be reliable, and uphold values and ethics
- The candidates should be accurate, have a focus on clients, and demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare layouts in conformance to building codes using measuring tools and measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
- The candidates should be able to prepare tenders and quotations, build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- The candidates should be able to fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, and maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments
