  • The candidates should have 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to support, mentor, and motivate their hourly workforce and stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • The candidates should be able to manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
  • The candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • The candidates should be able to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • The candidates should be able to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather, as delivery stations include outside loading departments
  • The candidates should be able to continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
