Position: Arena attendant
No of Vacancies: 1
Salary: $540 to $690 bi-weekly (To be negotiated) for 15 to 20 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Part time
Location: Saint-Bruno-de-Guigues, QC
Shifts: Evening, Weekend
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and be organized

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to operate machines to clean, smooth, and prepare ice surfaces, monitor equipment to detect wear and damage, and monitor the safety area
  • The candidates should be able to change propane tanks, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service
