Job Description:

Salary: $35.00 to $45.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 60 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Nisku, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Supervision: 11-15 people Staff in various areas of responsibility, Working groups, Heavy equipment operators, except crane and Labourers

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Type of industry experience: Construction 
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

• The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work, ensuring precision and attention to detail, and be dependable, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues, excel in oral communication, conveying information clearly and persuasively, and demonstrate excellent written communication skills, producing clear and concise documentation
• The candidates should show initiative in taking on new tasks and finding solutions to challenges, exercise sound judgment in decision-making situations, and be organized in managing tasks and priorities
• The candidates should be reliable, fulfilling commitments and responsibilities, work well as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues, and demonstrate punctuality, consistently arriving on time for work and meetings

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to coordinate and schedule activities, establish methods to meet work schedules, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• The candidates should be able to coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers, recommend personnel actions, and requisition materials and supplies
• The candidates should be able to resolve work problems, recommend measures to improve productivity, and supervise workers and projects
