Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be 16 years or older

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should hold a Security Guard License
• The candidates should be able to communicate information from different sources and effectively clarify issues for others, often presenting different perspectives

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to ensure store security by making daily patrols of the facility, validating doors and showcases are secure and functioning properly
• The candidates should be able to make external arrests participate in store task team responsibilities
• The candidates should be able to investigate instances of financial and physical shrinkage and communicate findings to Store Leadership, and in cases of internal matters, communicate to the Market Loss Prevention Manager first
• The candidates should be able to support store evacuation procedures in case of fire or other emergencies
• The candidates should be able to conduct or support investigations as assigned, including instances of internal theft and dishonesty, matters relating to external organized retail crime, and cases assigned through Walmart Canada Global Ethics, in a timely and thorough manner and in accordance with Walmart Canada policies
• The candidates should be able to adapt to other responsibilities added to this position as the needs and requirements of the Company increase
