  • The candidates should be able to present a strong track record in teaching, including excellence in resident and fellow education, formal training in teaching methodology, leadership roles as a clinical educator, and relevant awards
  • The candidates should be able to exhibit research excellence through research grants, publications in leading journals, invited presentations at significant conferences, and other accolades and achievements
