Shifts: Day, Weekend, Shift, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory
The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or the use of facilities
The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
The candidates should be able to provide customer service
The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff
