Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to analyze the budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits, develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, and evaluate daily operations
The candidates should be able to monitor staff performance, set staff work schedules, and supervise staff
The candidates should be able to train staff, conduct performance reviews, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
