Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have two years of leadership experience and previous experience in retail or another service industry

  • The candidates should be able to participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Team Members and open and close the store
  • The candidates should be able to direct, support, mentor, and train Team Members and department Leaders, helping them succeed and grow their careers with Princess Auto
