Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Graduate or Post Graduate level with a degree in finance, accounting and economics
Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of prior experience in a client-facing role with proven experience in cash management products, wire payments, and services to corporate clients
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a formal qualification at the or another relevant field, knowledge of SWIFT and BESS
- The candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, possess strong relationship management, business, and financial services acumen
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify, develop, and actively maintain relationships with key client contacts, proactively extend relationship contacts beyond day-to-day interactions, serving as the escalation point for significant client relationship issues
- The candidates should be able to share ongoing information with clients, including industry updates, market changes, and regulatory developments
- The candidates should be able to understand the full scope of the client relationship across the RBC enterprise to identify opportunities to grow the business
- The candidates should be able to identify and support upselling and cross-selling of RBC solutions that enhance profitability for both the client and the bank
- The candidates should be able to analyze, recommend, and present pricing strategies to DRM, MD, Account Management, and the Global Head of GTB, including client communications
- The candidates should be able to handle credit-related activities, such as managing intra-day limits and overdraft coverage
- The candidates should be able to manage escalations related to Due Diligence, AMLC, and Compliance, including sanctions queues, notices of infractions, analytics, and information refreshes
- The candidates should be able to build credibility with service and internal partners through effective collaboration
- The candidates should be able to understand and embrace organizational change in support of bank strategies and new initiatives with a focus on enhancing client fulfillment
- The candidates should be able to stay current on industry trends and issues impacting clients and proactively share relevant insights with both clients and colleagues
