Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, ASRS systems, or a similar role

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should either hold a First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it within the first three months of employment and a strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • The candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have GED; technical certification or an associate degree in a related field is a plus
  • The candidates should be proficient in CMMS and inventory management systems and be familiar with safety regulations and have experience working at heights

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to accurately track maintenance activities, repairs, and asset details in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maintain an up-to-date maintenance history
  • The candidates should be able to manage parts inventory, ensuring necessary parts are stocked and available for quick repairs, and reorder as needed to support ongoing ASRS operations
  • The candidates should be able to safeguard ASRS equipment and assets by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that could compromise asset integrity
  • The candidates should be able to comfortably perform duties at elevated levels, following all safety protocols and using required protective equipment
  • The candidates should be able to conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance
  • The candidates should be able to plan PM activities in conjunction with operations to minimize downtime
  • The candidates should be able to respond to incidents as a certified First Aid provider, ensuring the safety and well-being of team members
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the maintenance and repair of other DC facility equipment, including automated sorters and conveyors as directed by management
  • The candidates should be able to manage daily operational flow and performance of the warehouse operations and systems, leveraging in-depth system knowledge of Exacta
  • The candidates should be able to work hand-in-hand with DC operations to ensure Autostore runs without interruption, including managing grid flow, waves, repurposing ASRS robots, and maintaining constant communication with operations and production control
