MEERO AUTO RECYCLERS INC is a reputable auto recycling company specializing in salvaging and recycling automotive parts and materials. With a commitment to environmental sustainability and resource conservation, Meero Auto Recyclers dismantles end-of-life vehicles and recovers reusable components such as engines, transmissions, and body panels. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Location: 20424 ST ANDREWS ROAD Caledon East, ON L7K 2C9
Shifts: Day, Morning
Work setting: Service, Urban area, In shop

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Specialization or experience: Green economy sector
Own tools/equipment: Gloves, safety glasses/goggles, and steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments, in noisy conditions, and be comfortable working outdoors
  • The candidates should possess manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be prepared for physically demanding tasks, and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and be organized
  • The candidates should exhibit reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to inspect products to determine the requirements for repair
  • The candidates should be able to repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools
  • The candidates should be able to test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
  • The candidates should be able to calibrate products using hand tools
