Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Target audience: Supervise and care for multi-aged group of children, and Children

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Security and safety: Reference required

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be non-smokers and scent-free

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks, possessing efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
• The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication abilities, exhibiting flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including shopping for food and household supplies
• The candidates should be able to wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, and assist in bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
• The candidates should be able to instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, keep records of daily activities and health information, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and prepare infants and children for rest periods
• The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children, take them to and from school and appointments, tend to their emotional well-being, and assist with homework and cooking
