Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and being capable of working under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrate flexibility, and be organized
- The candidates should be willing to collaborate and be a team player, demonstrating reliability
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, prepare production and other reports, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- The candidates should be able to supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, establish methods to meet work schedules, and coordinate work activities with other work units
