Shift: The branch is open two evenings a week and on Saturdays. A number of work schedules are possible and will vary depending on team availability
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
Experience: Candidates need customer service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to greet clients and answer questions and also help clients use the banking applications and ABMs.
- The candidate should be able to listen to clients’ needs and resolve situations that may be complex and also give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships and also ensure client satisfaction and engagement
- The candidate should be able to refer clients to the specialist colleagues for their specific needs
- The candidate should be able to report to the branch manager.
