Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Electronic cash register
Credentials: Food Safety Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and work under pressure
• The candidates should be physically capable of demanding tasks and capable of handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• The candidates should demonstrate client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and display reliability

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
• The candidates should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods
• The candidates should be able to prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, serve customers at counters or buffet tables, and stock refrigerators and salad bars
• The candidates should be able to take customers’ orders, clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and handle and store cleaning products
• The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
