Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Fort Frances, ON

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to organize and set up the bar, engage in short-order cooking and food preparation, and clean the bar area and wash glassware
The candidates should be able to serve food or snacks, clean the draft beer system, hire and dismiss staff, and advise on wine selection
The candidates should be able to supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, inform customers regarding the contents of cocktails or other drinks, and schedule and train staff
The candidates should be able to collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages, operate the cash register, and record and balance beverage sales
The candidates should be able to store beverage and food products, order bar stock, and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, and resolve conflict situations
