Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Fruit harvester, Seed drill, Planting equipment, Fertilizer applicator, Combine harvester

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
The candidates should be able to work in harvest crops, in odours, in fruit and vegetable combination farming, and in dusty area

The candidate should be reliable

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The Hiring Harvesting labourercandidates should be able to do cleaning crop, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, fruit trees training, harvesting seedlings
