Shifts: Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Remote location, Rural area, Urban area, and Various locations

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Transportation/travel experience: Local, and Regional 
Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience with motor vehicles
  • The candidates should possess attention to detail and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
  • The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and comfortable with weight handling, up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility, demonstrate good judgment, and be organized
  • The candidates should be reliable, a team player, and demonstrate dependability
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, show initiative, and maintain punctuality

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
  • The candidates should be able to accept payment or invoices for items delivered, sell products over established routes, pay and receive payments for goods, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products, keep a record of items received and delivered, prepare, package, and restock goods, and load and unload goods
  • The candidates should be able to perform administrative tasks and train or arrange for training
