Salary: $22.00 to $30.00 hourly (to be negotiated) for 44 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Willing to travel overnight, Valid driver’s licence, Public transportation is not available
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Bobcats, Concrete saws, Mortar and concrete mixers, Grouting machine, Drills, Forklift
Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional
Own tools/equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Gloves, Safety vest
Credentials: The candidates should have: Personal protective equipment (PPE) training, Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate, Forklift Operator Certification, Driver’s License (Class 3 or D), Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Drug test
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and repetitive taskers
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, flexible, reliable, and dependable
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work
