Salary: $28.85 hourly for 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be dependable and reliable

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, perform minor repairs on appliances, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, perform safety and security checks, and supervise other workers
• The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair and work with minimal supervision
