Salary: $27.00 hourly for 10 to 12 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Part time
Location: Toronto, ON
Shifts: Day, Weekend, 08:30 to 19:00

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Credentials: Certified Professional Bus Operator and Driver’s Licence (Class 2 or B or C)
Security and safety: Criminal record check and driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required and be comfortable sitting for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and be capable of handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong client focus and possess excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to work and demonstrate good judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be organized in their work habits and reliable in meeting job responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to work well as part of a team
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate buses, school buses, or streetcars to transport passengers
- The candidates should be able to report delays, mechanical problems, accidents, and deal with the public
- The candidates should be able to load and unload vehicles, complete logbooks and reports, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections overseeing all vehicle aspects
