Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a 2-year Diploma in Data Analytics, Software Development, or a related discipline
Experience: Candidates should have less than 1 year of experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have mandatory skills in database languages such as T-SQL or PL/SQL
  • The candidates should possess working knowledge in Data Visualization tools, including MS Power BI, DAX, M code, with modern data manipulation/management patterns such as cloud and on-prem databases, and data lake, which are considered strong assets
  • The candidates should demonstrate knowledge of Relational Databases, NoSQL, MS SSIS, MS SSAS, PowerShell, Azure experiences, MS Fabric, MS PowerApps and Automate, and MS SharePoint, as these are considered an asset
  • The candidates should exhibit proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, along with experience in data modeling and advanced features in MS Excel, which are considered strong assets
  • The candidates should possess competencies in coaching and development, communication, efficiency and thoroughness, planning and prioritizing/visionary; relationship building, self-confidence, and service orientation. They should be able to provide proof of qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to work with internal and external clients to implement business intelligence and data solutions and gather and evaluate users’ requirements; design and guide others on data management; data and information modeling; create, test, quality assurance, implement, and support data-driven solutions
  • The candidates should be able to perform data discovery analyses, produce reports, and provide written and verbal interpretations of data and streamline data gathering processes by developing applications for collecting and querying data
  • The candidates should be able to gather, analyze, and interpret large volumes of raw data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights and convert and transform data within operational data and store it in consumable formats for dashboards and reports consumption
  • The candidates should be able to refine and automate data processes, data-flows, or datasets to ensure information is collected and made available from the centralized data warehouse to the end user accurately, on-time, and with minimal manual intervention
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with Data Engineers and other Information Technology teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy are applied in the centralized data warehouse and identify opportunities, deficiencies, or gaps in data models within the organization and take ownership of the solutions
  • The candidates should be able to provide expertise, technical advice, and guidance for clients to define data visualization, reporting, or investigation artifacts. Review feedback with clients and provide best practices and identify and implement improvements in data analytics and data management
