Salary: $42.60 hourly / 40 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 880 Gana Court, Mississauga, ON L5S 1N8
Shifts: Evening, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning
Supervision: More than 20 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Type of industry experience: Food
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Database software, Spreadsheet, Internet, MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be organized, reliable, and judgmental

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
  • The candidates should be able to develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products
  • The candidates should be able to direct quality control inspections
  • The candidates should be able to hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
