Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be eligible to work in Canada If holding a work permit, it must be valid for a minimum of 12 months
- The candidates should be available to attend full-time training, with mandatory attendance, be available to work in shifts
- The candidates should be able to lift heavy objects and work within strict timelines, Â demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should take full responsibility for acquiring any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations if applying from outside the country of interest
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license, obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations (refer to the Transport Canada site for more details)
- The candidates should meet Air Canada medical standards, including passing a medical evaluation, drug and alcohol test, and be free of any intoxicating substances
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to equip the aircraft cabin for flight with necessary cabin servicing supplies
- The candidates should be able to clean and review the interiors of aircraft to ensure they meet safety and presentation standards
- The candidates should be able to vacuum the floor, clean all surfaces, and replace headrests
- The candidates should be able to refill seat pockets with magazines and safety information prior to departure
Benefits:
- The candidates will get Evening shifts (between 18:00 and 23:00) – $0.50 per hour
Night shifts (between 23:00 and 6:00) – $1.00 per hour - The candidates will get benefit plans, including health and dental
