Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Food specialties: Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries, Wedding and specialty cakes, Donuts and muffins, Cake decorating
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to distinguish between colors and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, manage physically demanding tasks, and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare dough, batters, icings, and frostings for various baked goods according to recipes or customer orders
- The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to bake mixed dough and batters, train staff in food preparation, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- The candidates should be able to prepare special orders, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, ensure product quality, inspect kitchen and food service areas, oversee sales and merchandising, and accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances
