Salary: $25.00 to $45.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 80 hours per week

Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience: Tractor, Combine harvester, Fertilizer applicator, Planting equipment, Seed drill, Sprayer or duster, Swather, Tillage equipment, Welding, Skidsteer, and Hand tools
Own tools/equipment: Gloves and Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Medical exam and Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks
• The candidates should be able to manage a large workload and handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and judgment
• The candidates should be organized, reliable, and a team player
• The candidates should have values and ethics and be quick learners

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean work areas, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties and maintain quality control and production records
