Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, tabulate the total payment for goods or services required, and receive payment for goods or services
- The candidates should be able to calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales, stock shelves and clean the counter area, and greet customers
- The candidates should be able to wrap or place merchandise in bags, weigh produce and bulk foods, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to calculate foreign currency exchange and verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
