Ramey Farm is an agricultural enterprise focused on crop cultivation, livestock farming, or both. Ramey Farm specializes in producing a variety of crops such as grains, fruits, vegetables, or specialty crops. They raise livestock such as cattle, sheep, pigs, or poultry for meat, dairy, or fiber production. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Agricultural livestock service, Cattle breeding, Beef cattle, Dairy cattle
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be comfortable with beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, as well as livestock combination farming, which often involves working outdoors in dusty and wet/damp conditions
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide agricultural livestock services such as artificial insemination, spraying, or shearing of livestock, or disinfecting pens, barns, or poultry houses
- The candidates should be able to ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed and maintain livestock performance records
- The candidates should be able to milk cows and select livestock for sale
- The candidates should be able to clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties and write daily basic progress reports
