Job Description:

Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 25 to 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time leading to full time
Location: Ottawa, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Athletic therapy
Credentials: Canadian Athletic Therapists Association Membership (CATA) and Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to administer evaluative tests and procedures, supervise technical and support staff, and select appropriate exercises, apparatus and manipulations
  • The candidates should be able to plan physiotherapy programs, maintain clinical and progress reports, and assess patients’ physical abilities
