Requirements:

Education: Candidates should have certified as a Petroleum Mechanic 1
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to lead and guide teams, effectively conducting meetings and managing projects, ensuring successful execution of assigned tasks
  • The candidates should be able to manage stretch assignments, taking on additional challenges and contributing to project management efforts

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have provide peer-to-peer technical support and offer leadership in training and assessments
  • The candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform on-the-job training and assessment of new technicians, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and competencies
  • The candidates should be able to conduct follow-up assessments and provide additional training to new technicians after they have been in the field for a specified period
  • The candidates should be able to fulfill all duties and responsibilities of a Tech I and demonstrate at least 75% proficiency in the duties and responsibilities of a Tech II
  • The candidates should be able to respond to work orders for a variety of in-store equipment, with a focus on fuel-related calls, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment such as printers, displays, card readers, hanging hardware, sensors, and ATG (Automatic Tank Gauging) systems
