Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be able to manage stretch assignments, taking on additional challenges and contributing to project management efforts
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have provide peer-to-peer technical support and offer leadership in training and assessments
- The candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform on-the-job training and assessment of new technicians, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and competencies
- The candidates should be able to conduct follow-up assessments and provide additional training to new technicians after they have been in the field for a specified period
- The candidates should be able to fulfill all duties and responsibilities of a Tech I and demonstrate at least 75% proficiency in the duties and responsibilities of a Tech II
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders for a variety of in-store equipment, with a focus on fuel-related calls, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment such as printers, displays, card readers, hanging hardware, sensors, and ATG (Automatic Tank Gauging) systems
