Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items, estimate labor costs, and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
The candidates should be able to prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions, arrange for equipment purchases and repairs, and plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants
The candidates should be able to plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards and recruit and hire staff

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
