Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Cuisine specialties:Â Korean
Food specialties:Â Cold Kitchen, Fish And Seafood, Stocks, Soups And Sauces, and Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, And Mushrooms
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and be flexible
- The candidates should take initiative, be organized, reliable, and a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff and create new recipes
- The candidates should be able to instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- The candidates should be able to prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions and plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- The candidates should be able to train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
