Transportation information: Vehicle supplied by employer, willing to travel regularly, willing to travel for extended periods
Work setting: Rural area, staff accommodation available, remote location, willing to relocate, various locations
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to work in chicken farming and other poultry farming and be comfortable working outdoors, including turkey farming
- The candidates should be able to work at heights and in confined spaces and handle potentially dangerous working conditions
- The candidates should be capable of working in dusty, hot, and noisy environments and tolerate various odors and wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, and be willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should be physically fit to handle demanding tasks, including repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads, and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and hand-eye coordination in their work, and have the ability to distinguish between colors and sound discrimination
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should maintain organization in their work habits and exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks and schedules
- The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues, and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
- The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
