Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children while maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children while preparing and serving nutritious meals
- The candidates should be able to prepare infants and children for rest periods and supervise and care for children
- The candidates should be able to take children to and from school and to appointments, tending to their emotional well-being and assisting with homework
