Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be in a non-smoking environment
• The candidates should be in a scent-free environment

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies and wash, iron and press clothing and household linens
• The candidates should be able to bathe, dress and feed infants and children and care for foster children
• The candidates should be able to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
• The candidates should be able to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children and prepare and serve nutritious meals
• The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children and help children with homework
