Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- The candidates should be adept at performing repetitive tasks with precision and be physically fit to meet the demands of the job
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed and exhibit a high level of attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to engage in brush collecting and participate in budding trees
- The candidates should be able to perform Christmas tree shearing and assist in lowering activities
- The candidates should be able to participate in harvesting seedlings and mix fertilizer
- The candidates should be able to assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants and mix and prepare soils
- The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers and report signs of insect or disease damage
- The candidates should be able to assist in grafting activities and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
