Salary: $15.00 to $15.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 230 WYSE ROAD Dartmouth, NS B3A 1M9
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime 

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
• The candidates should be efficient in performing repetitive tasks and physically capable of handling demanding tasks
• The candidates should demonstrate a strong attention to detail, be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be comfortable standing for extended periods
• The candidates should be flexible in tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling

• The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and exhibit dependability in their performance
• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to work and show initiative in taking on responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• The candidates should be able to provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris, and empty trash containers
• The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
