Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, and Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be non-smokers and willing to work outdoors
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and be prepared for repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and be comfortable with physically demanding work
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and be willing to work overtime when required
  • The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods and be comfortable standing for extended periods
  • The candidates should be able to walk as part of their duties and handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs), 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators
  • The candidates should be able to handle and report lost and found items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings
