Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks, manage weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and be capable of weight handling
- The candidates should be non-smoking
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and make beds and change sheets
- The candidates should be able to distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock the linen closet, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas
- The candidates should be able to handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and launder clothing and household linens
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers
