Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks efficiently and be prepared for physically demanding tasks as part of the job requirements
• The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary for the job

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers
• The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, work with minimal supervision, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
