Salary: $18.50 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 16 to 20 hours bi-weekly
Employment Type: Term or contract Part time
Location: Montréal, QC
Shifts: Evening, 19:00 to 21:00
Transportation information: Own transportation and public transportation is available
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check, confidential security clearance, basic security clearance, and reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and be capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks, be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail, be able to stand for extended periods, and be able to walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, have the ability to work independently, and be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

- The candidates should be dependable, have excellent oral communication skills, and have excellent written communication skills
- The candidates should be flexible, demonstrate initiative, and have good judgement
- The candidates should be organized, be reliable, and have efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
- The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to pick up debris and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to dust furniture
- The candidates should be able to clean changing rooms and showers
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
