Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility, take initiative, and exercise good judgment
- The candidates should be able to stay organized and show reliability
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, work with minimal supervision, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
