Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation, Travel expenses not paid by employer, Public transportation is available
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, handle a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, manage physically demanding tasks, and maintain attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle bending, crouching, and kneeling, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closet
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators
- The candidates should be able to handle and report lost and found items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings and address customers’ complaints or concerns
