Salary: $19.00 hourly for 40 to 45 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Brackley Beach, PE
Shifts: Weekend, Shift
Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, and general information about points of interest in the area
  • The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges, receive payments, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • The candidates should be able to follow emergency and safety procedures, perform clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying), and answer telephone calls, relaying messages
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and provide customer service
